Why watch this? It's not easy to pull off bloody murders and snarky humor. This film does it well.

Plot Summary: A small, snow-covered mountain town is gripped by fear as a series of brutal murders unfolds, each occurring during a full moon. Officer John Marshall, a recovering alcoholic with anger management issues, takes the lead in the investigation while struggling with personal demons and town rumors suggesting a werewolf is responsible.

Dad's Preview: Deputy sheriff, John Marshall has anger management issues. He's also got a series of brutal murders to solve. All the evidence points to, well, a 7 ft. tall werewolf-like creature. This film is full of smart-ass comments, uttered by quirky characters, all set in the chilly, backward town of Snow Hollow, Utah. There are certainly also some major scary moments in this wintry thriller.
