That terminator is out there! It can't be bargained with. It

fear! And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are
dead!" – Kyle Reese

Dad's Preview:
This is the futuristic juggernaut that started the Terminator
franchise. This film is ground-breaking and intense - a staple
of Cameron's visionary direction. This also ignited the
career of muscleman Arnold Schwarzenegger. His portrayal
of the ruthless, extremely capable, assassination
machine was truly terrifying. Though the majority of the
film takes place in modern day, its most harrowing
sequences are Reese's flashbacks to our bleak future,
where machines are hunting humans to extinction. Michael
Biehn and Linda Hamilton are both excellent in their
break-out roles. |
