is a pretty darn good follow-up to the creative, terrifying
original film.
Plot Summary:
The events in The Quiet
Place (2018) dealt effectively with one family's
survival immediately after an lethal alien species invades
Earth. Now that family, with a newborn in tow, has to leave
their home and venture into the unknown surrounding area, with
more of the sound-sensitive aliens still posing a deadly threat.
Where will they go? Are there other survivors?

Dad's Preview: This
thriller asks a universal survivalist question: when the world
falls into post-apocalyptic chaos, will humans you
encounter be friends or murderous raiders? All actors perform
superbly, and I just cannot take my eyes off the enthralling
Millicent Simmonds, portraying the family's deaf teen daughter. She is
actually deaf in real life. There is a way about her
that draws you in. Well
done, young lady! |
